Buying apps

These terms of sale explain the rights and duties of the company:

registered and domiciled in Paris, France, owner and manager of the website "app-eshop.xxx", hereinafter called "the company" and those of its customers in the sale of Android applications featuring erotic or pornographic content.

Any service provided by the company implies for the buyer to know and accept these terms of sale.

Terms of purchase

The website sells Android games running on Android 4 or after for your smartphone or your tablet.

Games prices are displayed on the catalog page.

Once bought, games can be downloaded to your device directly from the website and without any limitation of time.

Payments are processed online with credit cards (Visa ou Mastercard).

Downloads are made available immediately, right after your payment has been accepted..

Currencies accepted are euros (EUR), dollars (USD) and pounds (GBP).

Right of withdrawal

Our product are digital materials. In compliance with the French Consumption Code article L.121-21, you have 14 days at the day of the purchase to use your right of withdrawal and ask for a refund. However, please note that this does not allow you to use the app and then ask for a refund: as soon as you download the app, you loose your right of withdrawal.
